What's The Most Important Thing in Your Life?
The vast majority of students answer "family". Therefore, FAMILY remains the focus of the Human and Social Science program at Arlington High School.

Program Description
Human and Social Sciences focuses on the skills and knowledge needed for occupations that support the everyday functioning of society, such as social services workers, counselors, and family mediators. The Human and Social Sciences program would be beneficial for any student interested in any career that will involve children or families, even in the medical field. In this program of study, students investigate human needs and their impact on lifespan development, an overview of the human and social services fields, communication skills, and the historical and social changes of the modern family.
